Financial advisors supply details on their respective businesses/firms within the select/find an advisor tool so they may be searchable to borrowers on an opt-in basis.
 
You (End User) can have an advisor profile under the advisor’s name not firm name. Your advisors can ID and backlink their own websites with DBA’s and firm name.
 
These advisors opt in within the Finology platform to enable this feature.

Finology may link to, or link from, third party websites that are not maintained or affiliated with Finology. Finology does not endorse, guarantee or make any representations or warranties with regard to any other website or content posted therefrom. While Finology tries to keep both Finology and the third-party-provided information current and accurate, we cannot guarantee and expressly do not warrant that any 3rd party Application Programming Data or “API” data, content, functions, information and tools are error-free. By linking to these sites and technologies, Finology does not represent or imply that there is any business relationship between the two entities. Finology is not responsible for the content and performance of these sites or for your transactions with them.

Indemnity

You agree to be solely responsible for your actions and the contents of your transmissions through the Site, namely:

FINOLOGY MAKES NO WARRANTY ITS SITE OR SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SATISFACTION, EXPECTATIONS, OR REQUIREMENTS. FINOLOGY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE. FINOLOGY MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. FINOLOGY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELETION OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU ON THE SERVICE.
 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finology, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or relating to use of the Site by you or any other person accessing the Site using your user name and password. You agree that regardless of any statute, regulation, or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose otherwise you shall be forever barred. If you misuse Finology ‘s site or services, you also agree to indemnify Finology for claims and damages incurred to Finology and/or third parties. You agree that all access and use of the Site and its contents is at your own risk.
