BOISE, Idaho: Boise now has a Stripe Community: a local Stripe user group, and part of Stripe’s worldwide network of city and topic groups for the people behind internet businesses. The Boise group is free to join and open to owners, operators and technology executives at Idaho companies that use Stripe or are considering it.
Millions of businesses run on Stripe, and in 2025 they generated $1.9 trillion in payments. The Stripe Community, whose banner is “Building the future of the internet economy together,” gives those businesses a place to meet in person. Its goals:
- Learn from people who have done it, at in-person and online events with Stripe experts and industry leaders.
- Find your people: meet others working through the same challenges and share what is working.
- Get ahead of what is next, with early insight into new technologies, from AI to new ways of getting paid, and partners to explore them with.
- Stay open to everyone. Membership is free, and no Stripe account is required.
The Boise chapter is designed for businesses that operate here and grow by serving their customers, whether they are just starting or well established. The focus is on builders, shared learning and networking. The goal is to become the leading Stripe user group in Idaho, with members from across the state.
